Last night I logged off to do 5 minutes of tennis on the wii as my daily exercise and my husband saw me playing and wanted to play with me! It turned into a 25 minute workout that both of us had so much fun with! We were laughing and having fun and it didn’t even feel like exercise!
This morning I have already eaten breakfast. So the first of 3 goals today is done! Now to do at least 5 minutes of exercise and drink 64 oz of water today. Small changes each day will add up!
Who’s with me? Comment on some small daily changes you would like to make each day to get a long term lasting affect. Remember, the point is to make the changes SMALL, it’s better to reach and exceed a small goal each day than to feel the disappointment of missing a large goal. “by small and simple things are great things brought to pass”
