Last week I made the goal to drink 64 oz (8 cups) of water a day, eat breakfast, and do at least 5 minutes of exercise a day.
Well I think I did pretty good! For the week I only missed 1 day of doing my sort exercise- but since every time I did do it- I did it for at 20-40 minutes instead of just 5, so I’m totally ok with missing a day! As for breakfast I think there were 2 days I didn’t eat breakfast, so that’s a good accomplishment for me! The water still needs work, I think there was only 2 days I drank all the water I was supposed to. The good thing is I am more aware of drinking water, so there is a conscious effort to drink more.
So let’s see how this week does! I’m sticking to the basic goals until I can master them, then the goals will be changed to be a new challenge!
