This last year has been an adventure for sure! After moving back to Utah I starting going to the gym and in the first few months I lost about 40lbs. But since January I have stopped. Even though I’ve still been working out about 5 days a week I hit a plateau and haven’t lost any more weight. So it’s time to try something new! Introducing my Plexus Journey! I’m so impressed with the ingredients!
