ok I got the best idea for those of you who work or have husbands that work and take lunches!
Tupperware has a product called Vent n serve.  It’s specifically made to go from the freezer to the microwave!  And it’s made of polycarbonate which is the same thing eye glasses are made of- so there’s no plastic or chemicals leaking into your food.
Right now (until June 10th) you can purchase individual sizes of vent n serve’s including this really cool design that reminds me of a tv dinner with the divided places.

So here’s my idea…. If you purchased 5 of these (one for each work day of the week) Then every time you make dinner put leftovers into the vent n serve and pop it in the freezer, then once you have 5 in the freezer start sending them to work for a healthy homemade & cheap lunch! As you use 1 refill it that night after dinner and you will have a constant rotation of 5 meals in the freezer to take for lunch! (you could even do 7 instead of 5 to give more variety or leeway for washing etc)

This will save you on average $5+ PER DAY on the cost of lunches (or dinners depending on what shift you work)

This is also a GREAT way to have more healthy meals if you are focusing on health or weight loss.  Not to mention you get to control what’s in your foods if preservatives and other add-ins are a concern.

They have other sizes of vent n serve’s if your needs are different, I just liked this idea of a divided tray for a 3 course meal!

Oh, and did I mention- like other Tupperware products, vent n serve’s have a LIFETIME warranty!! If it breaks, cracks, chips, or peels they’ll replace it free!
