Here’s a easy way to make homemade corn dogs-
Roll Hot dogs in flour- or just pat dry so the batter will stick, then put them on sticks (I used bamboo sticks)
1 1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cornmeal
4 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup milk
– Mix well until no lumps.
Spoon the batter onto each hot dog.
You can either deep fry the corn dogs until golden brown, or I prefer to bake them for a healthier option at 350 for 15 mins or until golden
