My mom made up this version of English Trifle- it’s really good!
Make 1 large box of strawberry Jell-o according to directions except for 1/2 c. less water. Let set up in fridge.
Then tear Angel food cake and sprinkle on top of Jell-o.
Then mix up 1 large box of instant Jell-o vanilla pudding according to the directions and pour over Angel food cake.
Next just top with whipping cream, then serve!
You can even make this a “light” dessert by using Sugar-free Jello, Pudding, and whipping cream.
