This dinner was very different from the other El Monterey dinners we tried. It was a Mexican pasta dish. So if you like Mexican and Italian, you’ll love this one!
It was a nice change as it was something very different than we have ever had before. There were nice big chunks of chicken with the pasta. And the sauce was a unique flavor.
This dish is spicy though- too spicy for my kids liking. Even I found myself going for a drink because of the spice, but I’m not a spicy food eater usually so that’s not saying much.
Bread sticks, or some chips and salsa would be an excellent compliment to this dinner.
