Another Pinterest experiment!  While cleaning my kitchen the other day I noticed how dingy my faucet looked and remembered a trick I had seen on Pinterest to get it to shine.  So I tried it out!
It’s pretty simple, clean your faucet, then get a scrap of waxed paper and rub all of the metal parts.  I noticed when I used the waxed paper there were some hard water spots that came off as I scrubbed.  But I also noticed that any scratches or dents in the metal weren’t improved upon so if you have an older faucet the difference may not be as noticeable.

This is supposed to help keep water spots off in the future since wax & water don’t mix.  Here are the before/after pictures so you can judge for yourself.  My conclusion: for the cost and time invested it’s definitely worth doing even if it’s just a little better- it was easy, cheap and quick to do.
