Leggo my eggo!!! Seriously, if people only knew how easy it was to make your own frozen pancakes and waffles they would save a ton of money AND eat less processed foods!  “but I don’t have time” you say? Nonsense! Let me tell you how we do it-At least twice a month our family has breakfast for dinner.  So I’ll make pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, omelets, french toast or whatever else sounds good.

Since I’m already making them for dinner, I just make extra!  It doesn’t take that much longer, and a lot of times there’s extra batter from making waffles/pancakes anyway.

So after dinner I take the leftover pancakes, waffles, or french toast, place them into a ziploc bag and freeze them.  When I was little my mom used to separate them with wax paper- so if they’re very moist you can do that.

Once frozen, you just take out one or two and pop them into the toaster for a quick, easy and healthy breakfast!

Don’t buy frozen processed pancakes, waffles, or french toast again!  Save yourself the money and good health 🙂
