Here’s what came in today’s Bountiful Basket!
1 pineapple
8 bananas
5 green apples

16 oz strawberries
2 mango’s
3 beets
5 tomatoes
2 artichokes
1 bag of green beans
1 hummus
10 red potatoes
2 heads of Romain lettuce

I’m guessing this weeks value was around $32~  and as always the basket cost me only $16.50 (with the handling fee)

Plans for this weeks basket:

• I’m going to get some peaches at the store and make peach-mango jam
• Dinner tonight we’ll have artichokes, salad, and maybe something with the green beans
• A fruit plate with yogurt to dip- strawberries, bananas, apples, & pineapple
• Salsa with the tomatoes, and maybe add some of that to some avocados I have for guacamole

The beets I have no idea what to do with….. we’re not big beet fans at our house.
