An easy version of dutch oven potatoes.  The grocery store had my favorite cheddar hot dogs on sale so naturally I stocked up.  And tonight this recipe just happened…… and it happened to be great!
In a frying pan place 3 T olive oil, then add:
1 onion, sliced
8 cheddar hot dogs, sliced
1 T. garlic, minced

Cook until you get a good caramelization then add:
6-8 red potatoes, sliced
Salt & pepper
mix well and add 1 cup of water
let cook, stirring occasionally and adding more water as needed until the potatoes are cooked through.

Delish!!
