We went camping last weekend and it was a great chance to try another one of the Pinterest ideas!  Camping Breakfast Burritos!

My conclusion: AWESOME! I’ll be making these every time we go camping!
They were super easy, here’s what you do:  Before you go camping, make up the filler for the burritos.  I did- sauteed onions, eggs, milk, bacon, and a little green onions.

Once the eggs are cooked I added in some hash browns (the ones I use are dehydrated from costco and you just add water to them then let them sit for a few minutes)

Now you pre-cut a few sheets of tinfoil.  Place one flour tortilla on top and scoop in as much egg mixture as you want.  I topped it off with some salsa to add flavor.

Roll it up like a burrito- folding the ends in.  Then roll one layer of tinfoil around it (like making a second burrito)

Throw them into the cooler and in the morning all you have to do is toss them into the fire to warm up!  They were delicious, easy, and the best part- no mess!

I also made quite a few extra and threw them into my freezer for quick and easy breakfast’s once school starts.

You can always browse the shop to see what we have for your family.
