You can water a garden

You can give it sunlight
Good soil
The right conditions

But you can’t force it to grow faster

No matter how much you want to (I feel this in my soul)

And kids?

They’re not that different

You can:

• teach
• guide
• encourage
• support

But growth still happens in its own time

Some days it feels like nothing is happening

No big breakthroughs
No visible progress

But underneath…

• Roots are forming
• Strength is building
• Understanding is growing

Even when you can’t see it yet

Final Thought

Your job isn’t to rush the process

It’s to keep showing up with the water
