Why Use Fake Eggs?

Farmers place them in nesting boxes to:

• encourage hens to lay in the right spot
• create a sense of safety and consistency
• trigger a hen to go broody (ready to sit and hatch eggs)
• they also will teach hens not to eat the eggs, when they peck at these nothing happens so they think all eggs are like that

In simple terms:

The environment teaches the behavior

Hens respond to what’s already there

Now let’s bring this into homeschooling…

Kids aren’t that different

They respond to:

• what they see
• what’s modeled
• what feels normal in their environment

If learning is present…

• Books on the table
• Projects in progress
• Curiosity encouraged

Learning becomes natural

But if learning feels forced, rushed, or disconnected…

It becomes something they resist

Here’s the insight:

You don’t have to force growth

You can create an environment that invites it

Just like those eggs…

What you place around your kids matters

“What kind of environment am I creating?”
