Have you ever wondered how those coupon people get all the free stuff? How bloggers seem to get lots of money or free stuff?  Well here’s a few secrets I’ll share with you that YOU can do even without a blog or making coupons your entire life (ain’t nobody got time for that).

1. Ibotta
If you haven’t downloaded the Ibotta app yet you really need to!  How does it work? So basically once you have the app on your phone you pick stores that you shop at- grocery stores, Walmart, Target, etc.   Then depending on the store there will be product rebates.  I’ve seen amounts from 20 cents on up to $10!  In order to activate the rebates you want you click on them, then depending on the rebate it will have you: learn a recipe, learn a fact, take a poll, watch a 30 second video, or do a 2 question survey.   Any of these options take 30 seconds or less to do….. actually most of them probably take 5-10 seconds to do. I usually do them while my hubby is driving, or throughout the day as I have time.
Once you complete it you have unlocked the rebate. And if that rebate is available at multiple stores you’ve unlocked it for ALL of them, but you can only use it once.
Then you go shopping.  There are ALWAYS rebates for things we buy regularly such as: milk, bread, bananas, tomatoes, pull-ups, formula, etc.  So if we’re buying them anyway we may as well get some money back!  Some items are brand specific and others are for any brand.
Some stores have the option of entering your member card into the Ibotta app- I LOVE this because it’s less work for me, whatever purchases go through our member card gets cross checked with Ibotta and if we bought something with a rebate we had activated it automatically gives us credit for them.
Otherwise, using the Ibotta app you scan the UPC of the product, then take a picture of your receipt.  It’s that simple!
Within a day you will usually have your rebates credited to your Ibotta account.  Then from there you can have them transferred to Paypal.  After using the app for 2 months I had $40!  That’s some awesome cash back on things we were buying anyway!
Oh, and there are also monthly bonuses- such as getting $1 bonus when you redeem a certain amount of rebates.  There is also a referral bonus- depending on the campaign, when someone uses your referral link to sign up they get a $1-2 bonus and YOU get a $1-2 bonus as well!  (so please do me a favor and use my link to sign up)

2. Swagbucks
How it works is by giving your “swagbucks” for shopping online, watching videos, going to websites, surveys and more.  There are also free swagbuck codes you can get every day on twitter, pinterest, facebook and google+.   As you accumulate your swagbucks you can redeem them for gift cards to places like: Amazon, Ebay, Visa, Sams Club, and more!  And you can get SB (swag bucks) for referring others!  (do me a favor and sign up with my referral link, please?)

3. Amazon Reviewers
To be a amazon reviewer you don’t always have to have a blog.  If you search on Facebook there are multiple Amazon Reviewers groups that anyone can join (not just bloggers).  How it works- you sign up for the products you’d like to review, sometimes they are first come first serve, other times they will do a random selection of who gets the product, and some products there is enough for everyone that signs up to participate.
You will get a code and a link.  The link takes you to the product on Amazon where you put it in your cart, then during checkout enter the code which will make the product free or extremely cheap (usually under $1).  Once you checkout you go back to the message that gave you the code and link and there will be a form link where you submit your Amazon order number.
Once you get the product you try it out, then leave a review on Amazon.  That’s it!
Although anyone can do this, if you don’t have a Amazon Prime membership you will usually have to pay shipping, so it may or may not be worth it to you.  If you already have a AP membership you’re good to go with their free 2 day shipping!
If you are a Student you can get a discount when joining Amazon Prime- use this link to get a $5 bonus when you sign up.

4. Ebates
Ok if you read this post earlier you’ll notice it was updated to 4!  Since posting this I logged into my Ebates account that I haven’t done anything with in probably a year or more and saw I had $6.99 waiting for me!  SWEET!
AND- they are currently doing a HUGE referral bonus! You get $5 for each referral, plus some BIG bonuses! So go sign up (using my link preferrably as a “thank you”) and then refer your friends and you could make some serious cash! The bonus program ends at the end of the year though so hop to it!
