More than just a Easter egg hunt

The other white meat! We don’t have pork chops very often, but some good sweet & sour pork chops were sounding good the other night so I created this recipe and let me tell you- it was HEAVEN! I even had leftovers as sandwiches for 2 days…. ok now my mouth is watering from the memories. It’s really good!
Place your pork chops into a casserole pan then in a bowl mix the following ingredients:
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 T balsamic vinegar
2 T dried onion
Pour over the pork chops then cook until done. About 60 minutes at 350 degrees.(I did mine with tinfoil over the top until the last 20 minutes or so)
Soooo good!!

We made this with pork chops and it has been added to my recipe box. We’re going to try it with other meat and I’m sure it will be delicious. Thank you, it was so easy.
