Chicken Croissant Sandwich
December 10, 2010New year, FREE Tupperware!
December 14, 2010ok here’s the story on this recipe. I learned it from the son of a man that used to be the train chef for the royal family (England). This was something his father used to throw together for breakfast.
I call it Queen’s Hash.
3 bagels- chopped into chunks
toast bagels in a frying pan with 2 T butter
6-8 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Beat well
Pour the egg mixture over the bagels once they are slightly toasted.
cook until the eggs are cooked.
Sprinkle a little cheese on top (optional)
Serve with syrup or salsa- I like both!
