After searching high and low for a paper towel holder to go in my Mickey Mouse kitchen I was a little discouraged to find the cheapest one $40!  Now if it was something like a cookie jar, fine.  But I knew I could do better- even make my own for less than that!  So that is what I did.
I found this basic black metal paper towel holder at Walmart for $3.97

Then I took the hooks off of the back of 3 shower curtain hooks I had purchased years ago to use for curtains or something in my kitchen but had yet to use them.

Then I just glued them on the front of the paper towel holder and TADA!
Now I have a custom Mickey Mouse Paper Towel Holder that cost me less than $5 (if you count in a dollar for the hooks)
