We were surprised the other day to see so many varieties of goldfish in the the store- so it was time to try them all out and let you know what we thought! The ones we tried are (from top left) Pizza, Cupcake, Fudge Brownie, Sour Cream & Onion, French Toast, S’mores, and Cookies & Cream.
Each of my kids and my husband and I tried each one of these and here’s what we thought-
- Pizza- NASTY none of us liked these
- Cupcake- pretty good, they were the second favorite for a few of us
- Fudge Brownie- although the kids liked these, my husband and I didn’t care for them- the chocolate flavor tasted weird
- Sour Cream & Onion- this was the favorite one for most of my family. They taste like a cracker form of the same flavor Pringles.
- French Toast- these were just ok to us, they have a pretty strong cinnamon flavor so if you like cinnamon you’ll probably enjoy these.
- S’mores- these were good, however the marshmallows are about 1/3 the size of the crackers which is a little odd. This one was a couple of my kids’ favorite
- Cookies & Cream- these were good as well. They basically taste like the cheap black & white cookies you can get at the store.
For the most part the sweet ones were all pretty similar and we ended up combining them in our snack bucket. The pizza ones will probably get thrown away since no one likes them, and the sour cream & onion ones are already gone!
Here’s a picture from the store- they also had pretzel and a few cheese varieties we didn’t try this time.
