This jam is by far my favorite and the best one I make! Peach Mango Jam! After lots of requests I’m finally getting around to adding the recipe here….
You can double, triple or more this recipe depending on how many peaches & mango’s you have. Also it’s not an exact science on the numbers so if you like more mango flavor- add more!
4 T lemon juice or you can use fruit fresh (this keeps them from turning brown)
If your peaches and mango’s aren’t ready to peel easily then boil peaches and mango’s whole in
water for a couple minutes, and then transfer immediately to cold water. The skins should come off easily. Cut up both
into chunks. Blend in food processor
until desired consistency.
Cook with 4-5
c. sugar, and 1 box pectin. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.
Fill jars and process in a water bath for 20
