1 c. whipping cream
½ c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
Stir first 3 in a sauce pan over low heat until sugar dissolved. DO NOT BOIL! Cool slightly, add vanilla. Blend in blender on low speed for 30 seconds-1 minute. Serve warm on cornbread, waffles, French toast, pancakes, carrot cake, and plum pudding.
