In my latest cookie craving phase I experimented with making these Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies. They turned out great! Kind of like a brownie/cookie/Reese’s Peanut Butter cup. Here’s the recipe- Follow my blog with Bloglovin
Since moving to a lower altitude I found out I needed to add less flour and 1 more egg to get my cookies to turn out right. I’m at about 3,000 feet so if you’re closer to 5,000 (which is what I used to be at) just use 1 less egg and about 1/2 c. more flour.
2 cubes butter- soft
1/2 c brown sugar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
2 1/2 c flour
1/3 c. cocoa powder
1 bag of Reese’s peanut butter chips
Mix all. I also found at my lower altitude that the dough needs to be slightly sticky. Bake at 350 for about 8 minutes.
